Inactive Entities Included In The 'REI' Allowed To Continue Filing Resolutions With The PRC

On March 8, 2017, the Public Registry of Commerce of the City of Buenos Aires' General Resolution No. 3/2017 was published in the Official Gazette. It extends the suspension of the"Operativo Declaración Jurada Resolución General IGJ N° 1/2010".

The extension will be for 180 business days starting from March 3, 2017, the date when the PRC's General Resolution No. 13/2016 matured.

These suspensions abrogate the PRC's General Resolution No. 4/2014 that established (a) the deadline for the filing of the affidavit under General Resolution PRC No. 1/2010 (hereinafter “DDJJ 1/2010") on April 30, 2015 and (b) that those entities that had filed the DDJJ 1/2010 that had been subsequently summoned and had not amended the omissions or deficiencies, would be unable to register corporate resolutions with the PRC [For background information please check Marval News No. 158].
