MERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, el pago de los viáticos correspondientes al Nivel Jerárquico I según lo dispone el Decreto Nº 280/95, por DOS (2) días de misión.

Art. 3º

Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto serán imputados a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO para el ejercicio en vigencia.

Art. 4º

VISTO el Expediente Nº S02:0002775/09 del registro de la POLICIA FEDERAL ARGENTINA, y CONSIDERANDO:

Que el señor Jefe de la mencionada Institución, solicita las promociones correspondientes al 31 de diciembre de 2009, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Título II, Capítulo VI de la Ley Nº 21.965.

Que han tomado la intervención que les compete las DIRECCIONES GENERALES DE ASUNTOS JURIDICOS de la POLICIA FEDERAL ARGENTINA y del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA, SEGURIDAD Y DERECHOS HUMANOS.

Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las atribuciones emergentes del artículo 60 de la Ley para el Personal de la POLICIA FEDERAL ARGENTINA Nº 21.965 y sus modificatorias y de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto Nº 491 del 12 de marzo de 2002.
