Considerando:

Que las cuestiones que se suscitan en las presentes causas resultan sustancialmente análogas a las examinadas en el precedente C.1074 XLIV ACirillo, R. c/ ANSeS s/ reajustes varios@, votos concurrentes, fallado el 27 de mayo de 2009, a cuyas consideraciones corresponde remitir, en lo pertinente, por razón de brevedad.
