Considerando:

1. ) Que la cuestión que se suscita en las presentes causas, vinculada con la defensa de limitación de recursos y con el plazo y las modalidades de cumplimiento de la sentencia de reajuste previsional, resulta sustancialmente análoga a la examinada y resuelta por este Tribunal en Fallos: 325:98 ("Perletto"), a cuyos fundamentos y conclusiones cabe remitir, en lo pertinente, por razón de brevedad.

2. ) Que los agravios referentes a la tasa de interés guardan sustancial analogía con los analizados y resueltos por esta Corte en la causa S.2767.XXXVIII "Spitale, J. c/ ANSeS s/ impugnación de resolución administrativa", sentencia del 14 de setiembre de 2004, a cuyos fundamentos y conclusiones cabe remitirse por razón de brevedad.

3. ) Que los restantes agravios del organismo previsional suscitan el tratamiento de temas similares a los resueltos por el Tribunal en Fallos: 323:3135 ("Torres Brizuela"), cuyos fundamentos se dan por reproducidos.

Por ello el Tribunal resuelve: declarar procedentes los recursos ordinarios deducidos y confirmar las sentencias apeladas. Costas por su orden (art. 21, ley 24.463). N. y devuélvanse. A.C.B. -C.S.F. -A.B. -J.C.M. -E.R.Z..
