Considerando:

Que las cuestiones que se suscitan en las presentes causas resultan sustancialmente análogas a las examinadas y resueltas por el Tribunal en la causa P.822.XXXVI. "Perletto, R.A. c/ ANSeS s/ reajustes varios", fallada con fecha 5 de febrero de 2002, a cuyas consideraciones cabe remitirse, en lo pertinente, por razón de brevedad.

Por ello, el Tribunal resuelve: declarar procedentes los recursos ordinarios de apelación deducidos por la ANSeS y

confirmar las sentencias apeladas. Costas por su orden (art.
